Sponsoring a girl helps to ensure that the girl have access to basic needs, attend school or learn skills needed to succeed. Some girls in our Girls Space Program are orphan, some are from poor household and their parents struggle to pay for their schooling. These girls are at risk of dropping out of school and some of them cannot attend school. They are also more likely to be forced into child marriage or engage in risky behaviour such as prostitution.
